Community Garden

We are really excited about the new Community Garden that we started in  June 2009.

The plan is to take the area around the MHC and develop it into a Community Garden. We are hoping that members of the community will not only benefit from this garden but will also have some enjoyment working on it.  Thoughts to develop a vegetable/herb garden, recycle materials to create structures even buildings!!, reflective garden,  a breathing space, play park and much more…

Do you want to get involved?  If so turn up on the 3rd Sunday of the month 10am with your tools.  We plan to share lunch together at 12.30ish so bring some food to share.  If you can’t contribute to the physical labour there are other things that you can get involved in so please come long and join us.  We’d love your input
